Dear friends,
Kaunas School of Sacred Music is being reborn. During the academic school year of 2016-2017 we have kept a record student number of 200, and in addition, from the September of 2017 (with the permission from Kaunas Municipality) we will be able to accommodate 220 students.
The school renovation began in July 2016 with the financial help of private donors. The main facade was fully refurbished, as well as the entrance hall. Some urgent work has been done in order to preserve the walls of inner court from further deterioration.
Our dreams doesn't stop here. We are planning to renovate the inner court: damp proofing, insulation of walls, and installation of a glass roof. In the future there are plans to build a small concert hall for 150–200 visitors.
